Send the survey, photographs, visible profile details, finish, threshold and hardware information. We will confirm what can be matched, what may need to change and whether a suitable current product is available before quotation. Do you provide emergency repair or boarding-up? +No. Kingsland does not provide an emergency response, repair, boarding-up or make-safe work. The opening must be secured and surveyed by your team or appointed contractor before we manufacture the replacement. Can I order a single replacement door? +Yes. We quote single replacement openings, planned batches and repeat maintenance orders. Will photographs be enough for a quotation? +Photographs are useful but dimensions and specification information are also required. Send what you have and we will identify any additional survey detail, section or drawing needed. What lead time should a maintenance team allow? +Allow approximately 21 working days for early planning, but do not treat this as an emergency-response commitment. The product, finish, hardware and completeness of the survey affect the applicable lead time, which is confirmed on the returned quotation.
