### Collection from Warrington

Collection is available by arrangement from 46 Melford Court, Woolston. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before sending a suitable vehicle.

## Four details prevent assumptions at the receiving end.

### Accurate destination

Provide the full postcode and state whether the address is a depot, workshop or active commercial site.

### Safe vehicle access

Tell us about restricted roads, gates, height limits, timed access or other constraints before the quotation is agreed.

### Suitable offload

The receiving party must plan people and equipment appropriate to the order unless the quotation states another arrangement.

### Named site contact

Provide somebody who can accept the order, resolve access questions and check the paperwork on arrival.

Order handover

Keep the access clear, confirm the named contact and have the planned offload equipment available.

### On receipt

Check the delivered items and packaging against the paperwork before the vehicle leaves where practical.
