Yes. Reactive replacement supply is one of our core trade segments. Send us the survey from a failed door, shopfront or window and we fabricate the replacement to your specification. Standard 21-day turnaround, with rush options available where the asset is critical.

How fast can you supply a replacement commercial aluminium door?

Standard lead time is 21 days from confirmed order. For urgent reactive jobs where a commercial unit is unable to trade, we offer rush turnaround on a case-by-case basis — typically 7–14 days subject to component availability and an expedition fee.

Do I need a CAD drawing or will a survey do?

A clear survey with sizes, sections, finish and hardware spec is enough for most reactive replacements. We produce the CAD drawings as part of the quote process and confirm them with you before we cut. Photos of the existing failed unit are helpful for matching profile, threshold and finish.

Is there a minimum order for replacement work?

No. Single-opening replacement work is welcome. Whether you need one shopfront door, a single louvre panel for a plant room, or a full retail frontage replacement, the same trade pricing and process applies.

Can you supply replacements for products you did not originally fabricate?

Yes. We routinely fabricate replacement aluminium doors, windows and shopfronts for assets originally supplied by other fabricators. As long as the survey and finish spec are clear, we manufacture to match — including bespoke colours, profile choices and threshold types.

Do you handle emergency aluminium door replacement?

We are a fabrication supplier, not a 24/7 emergency installer. For genuine emergencies, your maintenance contractor will board up or temporarily secure the asset on site, then send us the replacement survey. We prioritise reactive replacement orders in our schedule and can offer rush turnaround on critical units.
