The SD70 TruEnergy is a thermally broken manual aluminium door system with slim 70mm profiles for installers and contractors working on refurbishments, period buildings, hospitality entrances and conservation-area conversions. It is the plain-English manual door route in the range: hinged, single or double leaf, fabricated to your survey, then delivered ready for your installer to fit on site. The slim sightlines help preserve the proportions of older timber or steel doors while still giving modern aluminium performance — U-values of 1.4 W/m²K (0.7 Ug) or 1.6 W/m²K (1.0 Ug). Maximum tested dimensions are 1100mm x 2500mm for single doors and 1800mm x 2500mm for double doors. The system accepts 28mm or 36mm glazing and is available in the full RAL range through a Qualicoat-approved powder coating supplier. Traditional or contemporary hardware options allow the door to suit the opening without pushing the buyer into automatic sliding where a manual door is the right product.
