About the AVS50 Louvre System System
The AVS50 is a commercial aluminium louvre system with 50mm blade pitch, constructed from extruded 6063 T6 aluminium with 1.5mm profile thickness and mechanically jointed corners. BSRIA-tested performance delivers up to 50% free area for maximum ventilation and up to 98.6% water effectiveness at low velocity, with weathering performance rated Class B-D. The system is designed for plant rooms, bin stores, car park ventilation, rooftop plant screening, substation enclosures, and HVAC intake/exhaust applications. Optional flyscreen (with airflow coefficient Ce 0.272) or birdguard accessories are available, plus a water drainage profile for exposed positions. Enhanced security specifications and thermal or standard blanking panels can be incorporated where required. Maximum panel size is 1500mm x 3000mm. We fabricate AVS50 louvre panels from UK-sourced aluminium profiles with a polyester powder coat finish in the full RAL colour range.
