About the SD70 Heritage System

The SD70 TruEnergy is a thermally broken heritage door system with 70mm slim profiles designed for period properties, listed buildings, and conservation areas. The slim sightlines replicate the proportions of traditional timber and steel doors while delivering modern thermal performance — U-values of 1.4 W/m²K (0.7 Ug) or 1.6 W/m²K (1.0 Ug). Maximum tested dimensions are 1100mm x 2500mm for single doors and 1800mm x 2500mm for double doors. The system accepts 28mm or 36mm glazing and is available in heritage colour options through a Qualicoat-approved powder coating supplier. Traditional or contemporary hardware options allow the door to match the character of the building. The SD70 pairs with the SW60 TruEnergy window system for a thermally consistent, visually cohesive door-and-window package across heritage renovation projects.
