About the JCW System
The JCW is an aluminium and PVCu composite curtain walling system capable of spanning up to 13 metres in height. Three mullion and transom section options provide flexibility for different structural and aesthetic requirements, while 50mm sightlines keep the visible frame profile slim across large facades. The system accepts glazing up to 32mm and is compatible with acoustic glass for noise-sensitive applications. Weather performance is tested to BS 6375 Part One: air permeability to 600 Pa, water tightness to 600 Pa, and wind load resistance to 2400 Pa — equivalent to wind speeds up to 150 mph. A clip-in plate ladder installation system and factory-manufactured components ensure consistent quality and efficient fitting on site. The JCW integrates directly with TD68 commercial entrance doors, JD47 shopfront doors, TW70 commercial windows, and AVS louvre systems — so a complete building envelope can be fabricated from a single compatible system range. We supply JCW curtain walling with pressure-equalised transom drainage, capped or structural glazing options, and integrated opening vents where ventilation is required.
