About the TW70 TruEnergy System
The TW70 TruEnergy is a 70mm thermally broken commercial window system designed for offices, schools, hospitals, high-rise buildings, and student accommodation. PAS 24 security is accredited across all window variations — tilt and turn, top hung, and side hung — and the product carries Exova BM TradaQ marking. Document L 2016 compliance is standard, with U-values of 1.4 W/m²K for double glazing and 1.2 W/m²K for triple glazing. Weather tightness is tested to BS 6375 Part 1 at 2000 Pa classification. The TW70 supports restricted opening configurations for safety in high-rise applications, egress-compliant options for fire escape requirements, and automation compatibility for building management system integration. Secured by Design schemes are supported when specified with approved hardware. We fabricate TW70 windows with high-security locking, anti-finger trap profiles, and the full RAL colour range.
