About the TD68 / JD47 System
TD68/JD47 automatic sliding door frames fabricated supply-only for automatic-door installers and reactive door-maintenance companies, in bi-parting or single-slide configurations. This is a frame-only supply — we manufacture the aluminium frame set to your operator specifications in our Warrington workshop, and your installer fits the automation hardware on site. Frames are available with concealed track housing, integrated transoms for signage, and breakout capability for emergency escape compliance. Thermally broken TD68 profiles are available where thermal performance is required, or non-thermal JD47 profiles for standard commercial applications. Maximum opening widths up to 3000mm with panel heights up to 2700mm. PAS 24 security options and glazing from 24mm to 44mm are available. Compatible with all major automatic operator brands — we fabricate to the operator manufacturer's specified frame dimensions. Where the automatic entrance sits within a wider frontage, the frame set coordinates with our TD68 commercial entrance doors and JD47 aluminium shopfronts, so a single supplier covers the whole frontage as a coordinated set — jig-tested in our Warrington workshop and labelled by opening reference before dispatch.
