About the TD68 / JD47 System
We fabricate aluminium frames for automatic sliding doors in bi-parting or single-slide configurations using TD68 or JD47 profiles. This is a frame-only supply — we manufacture the aluminium frame set to your operator specifications, and your installer fits the automation hardware on site. Frames are available with concealed track housing, integrated transoms for signage, and breakout capability for emergency escape compliance. Thermally broken TD68 profiles are available where thermal performance is required, or non-thermal JD47 profiles for standard commercial applications. Maximum opening widths up to 3000mm with panel heights up to 2700mm. PAS 24 security options and glazing from 24mm to 44mm are available. Compatible with all major automatic operator brands — we fabricate to the operator manufacturer's specified frame dimensions.
