When Stephen Chappell took over Kingsland Fabrications in 2022, it was a small, little-known operation. After years working in sales for a large installation company, he'd seen first-hand how often fabricators let installers down — late deliveries, missing parts, poor communication, and quality issues that caused problems on site.
The frustration built up. Stephen knew there was a better way to run a fabrication business — one that actually put installers first. So when the opportunity came to take over Kingsland, he saw the chance to build something different: modern CNC machinery, digital production systems, cleaner processes, and a genuine understanding of what trade professionals actually need.
That decision has transformed Kingsland into something unrecognisable from what it was. Growing year on year, now serving installers, contractors and door maintenance companies across the UK, the company reflects Stephen's vision: be the fabricator trade professionals can actually rely on.

Our facility is equipped with the latest Elumatec CNC machinery, ensuring precision cutting and fabrication. From take-off to cut-lists, everything is engineered in LogiKal® and EluCAD® for CAD-to-CNC routing.
We've developed custom production management software that tracks every job from enquiry to dispatch. Quality checkpoints are built into the workflow—nothing leaves without verification.

Quality Assurance
Every window and door is jig-tested to customer specification before dispatch. Our fabricators check hardware operation, weatherseals, and alignment — making sure tilt-turn mechanisms operate smoothly and locking points engage correctly.
This demonstration shows a completed frame being tested on our jig table — verifying tilt function, turn operation, and full seal engagement. If it doesn't pass QC here, it doesn't leave the workshop.
Where specified, units are also glazed and beaded in our workshop — so you spend less time on site and get a cleaner, faster install.

Dispatch & Delivery
Every kit is labelled by opening reference and wrapped for protection. Where specified, units arrive glazed and beaded — no site glazing required. Gaskets, beads, and fixings are included so nothing's missing when you get to site.
We deliver UK-wide with a network of trusted carriers. We aim for 21-day turnaround, with rush options available when you need them (expedition fees may apply).
